Returns & Exchanges

Every Deoro piece should feel right.
If something isn’t perfect, returning it is simple.

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• returned in original packaging

• with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
