We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturers’ defects, and 3-month warranty covering monogram defects, from the moment your product is delivered. If you notice something that doesn’t look quite right in the materials or workmanship of your product as a result of the manufacturing process, we’d love to hear from you. However, this warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear.

From texting to travelling, we’re confident your DEORO product will be with you for the journey. However, wear and tear from daily use is worsened by exposure to abrasive substances, surfaces or chemicals, excessive sunlight and temperature extremes. Give your product the care it deserves.

Our signature pebbled bovine leathers used in the construction of all our products are supple materials, so creases, variations or irregularities in texture and colour occur naturally.

It is at the discretion of your dedicated DEORO Customer Care agent to determine whether your product can be replaced.
